Steps From Your Back Door

Everything the space needs

Heat, cold, light and rest, chosen to work together. Every piece comes from a maker we can name, with the power, space and add-ons it needs set out before you order.

Build a contrast setup

Step one · Heat

Fifteen to twenty minutes of heat

Start in the sauna. Let the heat build until you are properly warm, not rushed. Fifteen minutes is plenty the first week; twenty once it feels like yours.

Step two · Cold

Two to three minutes of cold

Straight from the heat into the water. The first breath is the whole challenge; the body settles after it. Keep the water cold enough to mean it, and stay for two to three minutes.

Step three · Repeat

Three rounds. Finish on cold.

Heat, then cold, three times over. End in the water, dry off, and notice how the rest of the day feels. This is the practice the two pieces exist for, and the reason we pair them.

Transform Your Space, Transform Your Life

Drag the handle. Same room, same light, same floor. The only thing that changes is what is in it. A two person infrared sauna and a cold plunge sit against one wall, which is why a contrast setup usually needs a spare room rather than a renovation.
